Maintenance Contract
We offer comprehensive maintenance contracts for both UPS and battery systems.
Corrective Maintenance
Maintenance tasks are performed in order to identify, isolate and rectify a fault. This is carried out so that failed equipment, UPS, batteries and systems can be restored to an optimal, operational condition within the limits established for in-service operations.
Preventive Maintenance
Maintenance that is regularly performed on a piece of equipment to lessen the likelihood of it failing. Preventive maintenance is performed while the equipment is still working, so that it does not break down unexpectedly.
Per-call Service
All issues are evaluated individually and customers are provided with troubleshooting advice on how to immediately reduce the risk of damage. If problems cannot be resolved by the telephone engineers and technicians at our Data Centre, customers are provided with on-site emergency repairs as soon as possible.
Electrical System & Installation
Our services cover all aspects of electrical systems and installation, with experience and an in-depth knowledge of all possible electrical system problems. We can set up installations in a variety of service premises, such as offices, banks, hospitals and broadcasting agencies, as well as an array of other industries. Installation is always carried out in the shortest time possible, for the benefit of our customers.
